EnergyShine Return Policy
EnergyShine is committed to your complete satisfaction. To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
Items must be in original condition as shipped.
Return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Customer covers all shipping costs and is responsible for safe return. We recommend packing carefully and using insurance.
If returned items do not meet the above policy, the order will be sent back to you.
How to Return:
Email energyshine.shop@gmail.com before returning goods.
Once approved, return the items (EnergyShine covers return postage only for faulty goods).
Refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 working days after we receive the returned items.
EnergyShine Warranty Policy
EnergyShine offers a 30-day warranty covering quality issues under normal use, including:
- Chain breakage
- Clasp damage
- Stone detachment
If you experience any of these issues within 30 days of delivery, contact our customer service. We will evaluate the problem and provide a reasonable solution such as repair, replacement, or other assistance.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage from improper use, accidents, or external force
- Normal wear and tear from prolonged use
- Exposure to chemicals, water, or extreme conditions
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
How to make a claim:
1. Contact customer service within 30 days of delivery
2. Provide your order details and photos/videos of the issue
3. Our team will assess your case and guide you through next steps
